Grief Day by Day

Grief Day by Day: Simple Practices and Daily Guidance for Living With Loss  contains 52 topics with commentary, 364 quotes with commentary (7 for each topic) and  52 exercises.  Topics range from exhaustion, despair, suicide, confusion and loneliness to resting spaces such as hope, beauty, music, and faith.  You can start at the beginning and work your way through or you can decide what you need to read and go directly to that topic.

Grief Day by Day is helpful whether your grief is new or has lasted for many years.  In some ways grief is always new.  It is a good conversation starter for people who are reluctant to talk about grief.  You can read them a quote and ask what they think. People buy copies for themselves, for loved ones, and also for local libraries, hospices, grief counseling centers, and many other places.

Grief Day by Day is available at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, and many other places if you Google it.  It is available as a paperback, in Kindle, and as an audio book.

A ray of light and hope

Grief Day By Day: Simple Practices and Daily Guidance for Living with loss has been a ray of light for me when my world became dark with grief and sadness. I read many books and tried many things to help me with my grief but nothing helped me like this book by Jan Warner. The daily quotes really gave me hope. I can relate so much to everything the author has been through because i am going through the same thing. This is one book I can really relate to and would advise anyone suffering with grief to buy this book!
